Preparing Survivors for Transitioning into Community*

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to identify the program's responsibilities in assisting survivors in a successful transition, understand the value in utilizing a personal resource inventory scale in measuring a survivor’s preparedness for transitioning to the community and identify the key areas in which a survivor should have a high level of competence or completed skills to facilitate a successful transition.
