Addictions and Sobriety*

Upon completion of this course, you will have the basic understanding that all program staff should have about addiction and sobriety, describe the intersection of addiction, exploitation, and trauma recovery, recognize the implications of addictions on the critical crisis stabilization phase of recovery and distinguish between effective and ineffective strategies that support and empower sobriety.
