Principles of Staff Care*

Upon completion of this course, you will have an understanding of the various sources of trauma, how to identify physical, mental, emotional and behavioral reactions to stress within your staff.  Additionally, we will review how to recognize and prevent symptoms of secondary trauma, compassion and empathy fatigue.
